Sanjeev is Masters in physics and Bachelors in Law. He started his career in Commercial and Civil litigation in the courts at Delhi. For 10 years, he practiced as a litigator primarily before Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

Thereafter, Sanjeev spent seventeen and a half years at K&S Partners where he was the Practice Chair for Contentious and Litigation matters, before moving on to start the present firm. Sanjeev has extensive experience advising and representing clients in Complex Disputes, Patent matters, and IP transactions.

He has led over 200 patent oppositions & revocation, multiple appeals from patent offices to various high courts, nearly 40 patent infringement cases before different courts in India.

Sanjeev has assisted and advised clients from varied domains ranging from pharmaceutical, Telecom and Engineering companies.
