Vipin has vast experience, over 23 years, in the field of patents, particularly patent drafting, prosecution, FTOs, patentability searches, etc. During his carrier, Vipin has worked with top-tier Delhi-based Intellectual Property (IP) law firms. He has also served as an in-house IP Counsel at C-DAC and Samsung Electronics, where he gained valuable experience, inter alia, in intellectual property management.

Over the years, Vipin has played a key role in preparing more than 300 patent search reports, drafting hundreds patent specifications, and patent prosecution matters. His experience covers a wide range of technologies, including Information Technology, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. He has also prepared patent landscape reports on Online Handwriting Recognition Technology, reconfigurable computing Systems, Power Optimization Techniques in Mobile Phones, Blockchain Technology, and Biometric Systems. In addition to his work in intellectual property, Vipin has a strong interest in Embedded Systems and has successfully completed a course in this field.
