Sunil is an experienced advocate with approximately 16 years of professional experience, practicing before the District Courts of Delhi and NCR, High Court, and Supreme Court of India. He is enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi and has developed extensive experience in handling a diverse range of civil, commercial, criminal, and intellectual property matters before tribunals and High Court of Delhi.

Sunil started his career as in IPR attorney specializing in trademark oppositions, enforcement, etc. Gradually, he developed the expertise in handing other kinds of civil litigation and dispute. He is adequately equipped to advise clients on IPR related aspects as well as in any other civil disputes. Over a period of time, Sunil has also conducted a few criminal enforcements and other matters before courts at Delhi.
