Her litigation drafting experience includes Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits,Complaints, commercial suits including Intellectual Property disputes, etc. Meenakshi has some experiencein patent research and patent searches, including preliminary patent searches, assessment of intellectualproperty issues, etc.
