His professional expertise encompasses the complete lifecycle of intellectual property protection, including patent drafting and prosecution, patentability assessments, prior art searches, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analyses, invalidity and infringement searches, PCT and convention applications, national phase filings, responses toFirst Examination Reports (FERs), hearing proceedings, opposition matters, and patent portfolio management. In addition, he has extensive experience in trademark filing, prosecution, portfolio management, and brand protection, assisting clients in securing and enforcing their valuable intellectual property rights.
