Aniruddh has started his career as a researcher in the field of Biotechnology and has served in various capacities at Central Government research organizations and universities. However, driven by a keen interest in innovation and its protection, he transitioned his career into the field of intellectual property. Aniruddh has over 13 years of extensive experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law and practice, with expertise in the field of patents. His core areas of practice include patent drafting, patent prosecution, pre-grant and post-grant opposition proceedings, patentability searches and patent validity assessments. In addition to his patent practice, Aniruddh has significant experience in the drafting and prosecution of design applications, trademark prosecution and trademark searches.

Aniruddh has worked with top-tier Delhi-based Intellectual Property (IP) law firms. Aniruddh also has over 8 years of research experience in the fields of Biotechnology, Plant Sciences and Animal Sciences, which strategically complements his IP practice. He has many research papers and abstracts published in various international and national journals. Over the years, Aniruddh has been actively involved in the drafting and prosecution of more than 80 patent applications, over 30 patent opposition proceedings, and approximately 20 patent validity assessments. He has also successfully handled the prosecution of hundreds of design and trademark applications. His technical expertise spans a broad spectrum of disciplines, including biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, chemistry, and mechanical engineering.
